We are currrently seeking an experiencedService Technicianto join our Service Team in Orange. Within this role your responsibilities will be to service, maintain and repair Epiroc equipment as well as:

  • Creating and developing strong relationships with customers and team members
  • Carrying out specialised repairs, rebuilds and maintenance work on Epiroc's range of surface and underground mining equipment
  • Solve complex equipment-related issues include diagnostic fault finding
  • Field and workshop repairs on a range of Epiroc equipment
  • Providing a high level of technical product support to our customers located within the region
  • Comply with Epiroc and customer SHEQ and WHS requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Epiroc equipment (Surface and underground) product knowledge and experience
  • Heavy Mobile Equipment trade qualification
  • Strong problem-solving ability and troubleshooting skills
  • Commitment to providing quality customer service
  • Ability to handle and work under pressure
