We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Team Member to join our construction team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating heavy machinery, and being part of a collaborative team environment.

As a Site Team Member, you will play a crucial role in the construction process, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with preparation and construction of concrete pools, including excavation, formwork, steel fixing, and concrete pouring, plumbing, finishing work & filtration connection and setup.

You will also operate and maintain construction equipment and tools, follow project plans and instructions from the Site Supervisor, and ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assisting with pool construction, including excavation, formwork, and concrete pouring.
  • Operating and maintaining construction equipment and tools.
  • Following project plans and instructions from the Site Supervisor.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work site.
  • Performing other general construction duties as required.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for someone with previous experience in construction, preferably in concrete or pool construction. You should be able to operate construction tools and machinery safely and efficiently, have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn, good physical condition, and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.

You should also have strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship, be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
