Rehabilitation Specialist Opportunity

As a Rehabilitation Specialist, you will work closely with musculoskeletal clients, providing tailored rehabilitation programs and helping them achieve return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cases across various schemes, including workers compensation, CTP, and private patients
  • Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical professionals, insurance companies, and allied health professionals
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal conditions
  • Administer exercise therapy to help patients recover from injuries
  • Develop and deliver education programs, such as falls prevention, to enhance patient safety and well-being
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with other healthcare team members
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional care and support to patients
  • Pursue ongoing professional development and stay up-to-date with the latest research and techniques

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Exercise Physiology or related field
  • Valid license to practice in Australia, including ESSA registration
  • Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Well-developed time management and organizational skills
