Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Exercise Physiologist to lead our exercise therapy team.

As a pioneer in providing innovative treatment and rehabilitation programs, our mission is to set the benchmark for patient-centered care through manual therapy, clinical pilates and aerial rehabilitation programs, and our movement centre.

Our state-of-the-art movement centre offers a wide range of classes that turn peak performance into playtime, including Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Bounce, and Aerial.

Candidate Criteria:

  • Passionate EP with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communicator, team player, and leader
  • Determination to progress and development as an EP
  • Commitment to CPD and eagerness to learn new approaches and methods
  • Must have a tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology
  • Must be registered with AHPRA
  • Must have appropriate Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
  • Must have working rights in Australia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive whole-body approach to patient assessment
  • Identify and refer patients to appropriate services within the system to progress treatment and rehabilitation
  • Lead running classes in our movement centre small group exercise, and clinical pilates
  • Contribute positively to a supportive team and a social workplace culture that promotes care, compassion, and community
  • Learn and implement our signature therapy approach and challenge the standard status quo

  • 4 hours of weekly 1:1 training with our practice principal and a senior practitioner, and in-services and training
