Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Lead to champion the journey of apprentices and trainees, ensuring they feel seen, supported, and set up for success.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in coordinating high-quality training experiences while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Strong organisational skills are required to administer our Registered Training Organisation, maintaining excellence across every aspect of our learning programs.

Able to connect with learners, colleagues, stakeholders, and partners, nurturing relationships and streamlining training delivery to empower people to reach their full potential.

  • Coordinate internal and external training and coaching programs ensuring every apprentice and trainee receives the right guidance to complete qualifications with confidence.
  • Process invoices and funding claims supporting smooth operations.
  • Consult with clients to understand current and future workforce development needs tailoring training solutions that align with their goals.
  • Evaluate delivery environments to ensure compliance requirements are met and remain welcoming and engaging.
  • Champion learner wellbeing by implementing supportive initiatives and checking in on progress and needs.
  • Assist in crafting policies and procedures related to apprenticeship and traineeship offerings.
  • Build trusted relationships with Apprenticeship Support Networks and Government bodies promoting programs with care and clarity.
  • Monitor training contracts and learner progress identifying and addressing roadblocks early.
  • Update learner records in Success Factors LMS.
  • Manage RTO enrolments and certificate issuance.
  • Oversee welcoming and thoughtful onboarding experiences for new apprentices and trainees.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation standards.
Requirements
  • Working knowledge of national Apprenticeship and Traineeship delivery standards and guidelines.
  • Warm, collaborative communication style confident in influencing and engaging across different audiences.
  • Experience in nurturing partnerships with stakeholders, training bodies, and regulatory agencies.
  • Ability to stay organised meet deadlines and juggle competing priorities.
  • Detail-focused mindset driving improvement of systems and processes.
  • Passion for empowering others through education and development.
