Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals to deliver high-quality services that meet the evolving needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Growth and Innovation: Drive the development and implementation of strategies to grow and innovate our Allied Health services, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • Service Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new services that address emerging trends and community needs.
  • Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to team members to ensure high-quality care and services.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and organisational reputation.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 3-5 years' experience in a management role within Allied Health or Community Services.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, develop services, and manage budgets.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of community services, health frameworks, and policy development.
