Pricing Coordinator

As a vital member of our pricing department, you will demonstrate a keen attention to detail and a strong affinity for numerical analysis. Your primary responsibilities will include promptly addressing pricing inquiries, developing and updating pricing documentation, and assisting in the profiling of our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding swiftly to pricing inquiries generated from sales quotations that require immediate attention.
  • Supporting the creation and upkeep of customer agreements, ensuring they remain current and amended as needed.
  • Conducting customer profiling to enhance service delivery.
  • Assisting in the management of discount frameworks.
  • Identifying and reporting any pricing discrepancies and trends to the business.
  • Preparing sales price analyses to facilitate adjustments and enhancements.
  • Contributing to various pricing initiatives and projects.

About You – Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in managing a high volume of time-sensitive tasks.
  • Strong commercial insight with the ability to comprehend the financial drivers that contribute to profitability.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, or a willingness to learn new tools quickly.
  • Numerical aptitude with a genuine interest in data analysis.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not mandatory.
