Director of Sustainability Leadership

This is a unique opportunity to join the Sustainable Energy Division as an Executive Director. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in leading the delivery of complex electricity and sustainable energy reforms across the Territory.
The successful applicant will have a depth of expertise in strategic planning, resource management, and executing complex projects and policy initiatives. Strong leadership skills and a proven track record in driving sectoral reforms and achieving organisational outcomes are essential.
As the Executive Director, you will lead the facilitation of private sector projects in electricity and sustainable energy domains, inspire high-performing teams, manage multiple priorities effectively, and thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
Success in the role hinges on your in-depth knowledge of both local and national electricity and sustainable energy landscapes, outstanding communication skills, and extensive experience in developing, implementing and evaluating market-driven initiatives and economic strategies.
