We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Manager to join our team at a prestigious luxury estate in the Gold Coast hinterland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to the owners and guests, ensuring the estate is always immaculately maintained and running smoothly.

The role involves a range of duties, including:

  1. Welcoming and catering to the needs of guests, providing a high-level turndown service and ensuring logistics are running smoothly.
  2. Supervising contractors, including cleaners, gardeners, and trades, as required.
  3. Booking experiences and running errands for guests, as needed.
  4. Monitoring and purchasing inventory for the estate, including linens, toiletries, and other supplies.
  5. Conducting regular cleaning and maintenance tasks, including laundry, vacuuming, and deep cleaning.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury housekeeping role, with knowledge of housekeeping and laundry protocols. They will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a high level of organization, and a neat and groomed appearance.

The salary for this role will be discussed on application and will depend on experience.

We are looking for a flexible and adaptable individual who is able to work additional days during busy periods and larger-scale events.
