We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at People2People. As a key member of our Accounts Receivable department, you will be responsible for managing the company's service agents' AR and AP ledgers, collections, reconciliations, and credits.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and manage all outstanding debt from service agents
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries and issues
- Manage and maintain accurate AR and AP ledgers for service agents
- Conduct monthly contra processes to ensure timely collections and meet monthly targets
- Oversee reconciliation processes with BPO for customer accounts
- Monitor credit limits, collaborate on credit decisions, and address claims
- Liaise with the customer service team to resolve customer queries
- Minimum 2 years of relevant AR and credit experience (preferably in a similar industry)
- Proficient in customer service and collection practices, including legal recovery
- Result-oriented with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills
- SAP experience is a plus
- Demonstrate commitment, adaptability, integrity, and enthusiasm
