About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Enterprise Sales Specialist to spearhead our growth strategy. As a key member of our high-performing team, you will be responsible for building and developing a new territory within the midmarket space, with a strong focus on Microsoft solutions.

This exciting role offers a unique blend of business development, account management, and sales expertise. You will have the autonomy to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth through targeted campaigns and go-to-market strategies.

About You

To succeed in this challenging and rewarding role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in business development or account management, with a proven track record of building a territory and growing a client base.
  • Demonstrated success in selling IT solutions, preferably with experience in Microsoft products and licensing.
  • A strong ability to initiate and develop relationships with new clients, as well as maintain and grow existing partnerships.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to create compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, reflecting the challenging nature of this role and the high demand for skilled professionals in the IT industry. This figure is based on national averages and may vary depending on location and individual qualifications.
