Therapist Job Opportunity

We're seeking a qualified therapist to join our regional team and provide high-quality care to older people in residential aged care settings.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based reablement-focused therapy services.

As a Therapist in Residential Aged Care, you'll have the chance to work across a range of clinical areas, including:

  • Mobility and functional assessments
  • Restorative therapy
  • Falls prevention
  • Pressure care
  • Pain management
  • Active ageing group programs

You'll be responsible for delivering one-on-one reablement therapy and collaborating with care staff to develop resident-centred plans. Our goal is to support residents through every phase of their aged care journey.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be passionate about reablement and restoring independence in the lives of older people. You should hold current registration with the relevant health profession authority and have Australian working rights.
