At Plena Healthcare, we're proud to be Australia's leading provider of mobile allied health services, bringing over 20 years of experience across the aged care, community, and disability sectors. Now part of the Australian Unity family, Plena is growing, but our values remain unchanged. We're still just as committed to supporting our clients with high-quality care, and to offering our team members stable, meaningful careers with real opportunities for growth. We have recently been chosen as the preferred provider for a range of residential aged care sites in the region and are looking for talent therapists to join us in servicing those sites
As a Physiotherapist working in Residential Aged Care, you'll become part of something special. You'll help older people stay active, independent, and connected to their communities through our award-winning Plena Care Pathway - a reablement-focused model designed to support residents through every phase of their aged care journey.
You'll work across a range of clinical areas, including:
- Mobility and functional assessments
- Restorative therapy
- Falls prevention
- Pressure care
- Pain management
- Active ageing group programs
Whether you're delivering one-on-one reablement therapy or collaborating with care staff to develop resident-centred plans, your work will be purpose-driven and deeply rewarding
In return, you'll be backed by a large and supportive national team, ongoing mentoring and an annual professional development allowance and inhouse professional development program. You'll have access to flexible work arrangements, paid induction, and a culture that genuinely values work-life balance.
We are committed to supporting your next step into your new role, that's why we offer relocation assistance, and in some cases, sponsorship opportunities for eligible candidates.
We're looking for:
- Qualified Physiotherapists with current AHPRA registration.
- Those who share our passion for reablement and restoring independence in the lives of older people.
- Australian working rights.
- Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check.
- Drivers' license and willingness to travel around a dedicated region.
If you're ready to take your skills somewhere they can truly shine and want to be part of a team that's redefining aged care through innovation, compassion, and evidence-based practice, we'd love to hear from you.
