Leadership Opportunity

Establish a proactive and supportive learning environment as a Director/Nominated Supervisor.

The role involves:

  • Strategically leading the team, including mentoring educators and overseeing staff performance and professional development
  • Developing and implementing an educational program that meets EYLF requirements and supports children's learning and development
  • Managing health, safety, wellbeing, and risk management across the service
  • Acting as the Responsible Person on site, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with families and external agencies
  • Service planning, quality improvement, and community engagement

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role, and as a Nominated Supervisor
  • Thorough knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and childhood legislation
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and mentoring skills
  • Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection certifications
