This is a key opportunity for an experienced cost management professional to lead our team and deliver exceptional solutions on major projects.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled quantity surveyor to oversee pre- and post-contract cost management, develop client relationships, and prepare detailed cost plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage large retail and commercial project costs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients as a trusted advisor.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, feasibility studies, and detailed cost plans.
- Lead procurement and tendering processes, including contract administration.
- Provide regular cost reports to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a relevant field.
- Experience working on retail, commercial, or large-scale real estate portfolios.
- Strong commercial acumen to manage risk and drive value for clients.
- Proficiency in cost management software.
- Relevant industry accreditation (desirable).
