Job Title: Field Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Operations Lead to coordinate and motivate teams on environmental projects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bush regeneration, land conservation, or similar field, with at least 1 year of team lead experience. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to maintain onsite plant and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead environmental projects and a team of up to 3 staff
  • Maintain onsite plant and equipment
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures
  • Participate in audits and contribute to improvements
  • Provide feedback for system enhancements
Requirements:
  • ACDC Licence
  • Minimum 3 years in bush regeneration, land conservation, or similar
  • At least 1 year of team lead experience
  • Experience leading weed control projects
  • Plant identification skills (native and exotic)
  • Current manual driver's license
  • Experience with 4WD and trailers
