Job Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to reports of child safety concerns, ensuring timely interventions to prevent harm.
- Collaborate with agencies, applying problem-solving skills to develop effective safety plans and conduct thorough risk assessments.
- Manage complex cases, prioritizing the needs of high-risk clients and their families while promoting resilience.
- Participate in court processes, including preparing essential documents and providing expert testimony.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Develop and implement tailored support plans to address family safety and well-being concerns.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Social Science, or a related field, combined with relevant practical experience.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
