Primary Care Medical Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Medical Professional to join our team as a Primary Care Medical Specialist. As part of this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality primary medical care to patients in accordance with professional standards and legislation.
You will form part of a multidisciplinary team working towards the shared purpose of achieving and maintaining the health and wellbeing of Defence members. Your passion for providing exceptional patient care and your ability to inspire trust from both patients and colleagues alike will make you a valuable asset to our team.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
- Current unconditional and unrestricted registration as a Medical Practitioner in Australia with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) OR, Fellowship of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM) OR Vocational Registration.
- A minimum of 2 years full-time post graduate general practitioner experience in a general practice setting within the last 5 years (or part-time equivalent).
- Recent participation in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities in accordance with AHPRA.
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification.
