About the Role
  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand business objectives and organisational readiness.
  • Develop change impact assessments and business readiness plans.
  • Design and develop communication strategies that drive desired change and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Provide hands-on support to businesses in critical periods such as before, during and after new digital solutions go live.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain a deep understanding of delivered solutions by immersing yourself in the project team.
  • Plan and facilitate client workshops to gather business requirements.
  • Work on client sites to become a trusted team player and gain valuable insights.

Qualifications & Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in Change Management on digital transformation projects.
  • A strong passion for improving patient and clinician experience through digital technologies.
  • Experience working with healthcare organisations, including public sector, private providers, aged care and health insurance.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and working sessions to define solution scope.
