Opportunity for a Digital Health Educator

We are seeking an experienced professional to play a key role in leading education and change management activities for the adoption of My Health Record.

  • Key responsibilities include providing regular digital health priority 'train the trainer' education, training and updates for primary healthcare sectors, jurisdictional and Indigenous Health delivery partners.
  • Developing online learning sessions, including selecting appropriate educational learning theories, strategies and interactive learning activities.
  • Assisting stakeholders to resolve technical and usability issues; escalating relevant problems as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of primary healthcare workforces, their workflows and potential challenges in day-to-day practice. Knowledge of Electronic Prescribing, My Health Record and Secure Messaging or demonstrated ability to rapidly acquire this knowledge is also required.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to thrive in an evolving and rapidly challenging environment. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Understanding of primary healthcare workforces, their workflows and potential challenges.
  • Knowledge of Electronic Prescribing, My Health Record and Secure Messaging.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
