Hire Digital is looking for a strategic and creative Health and Wellness Content Writer to elevate a wellness expert's blog.
You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and guiding high-quality content creators and strategists to produce insightful, accessible, and evidence-backed content around NDIS allied health services, with a special focus on child development, mental wellbeing, and occupational & speech therapy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Curate and onboard content creators—including writers, therapists, and strategists specializing in NDIS-related allied health.
Guide content strategy, including topic ideation, editorial calendar management, and SEO planning tailored to families, caregivers, and professionals.
Ensure credibility: All content must be evidence-based, client-centric, and reflective of best practices in disability support.
Collaborate with creators to craft blog posts, guides, articles, and resource materials that are reader-friendly and respectful of sensitive topics.
Audit performance: Analyze engagement, reader feedback, and SEO metrics to refine content direction and ensure alignment with audience needs.
Act as the quality gatekeeper, ensuring all content aligns with branding, tone, and clinical accuracy.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in content strategy, editorial curation, or communications—especially in health, allied health, disability, or mental health sectors.
Strong understanding of NDIS, speech therapy, OT, psychology, or child development.
Portfolio of published content or projects that balance accessibility with clinical credibility.
Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to assess writer/creator expertise and ensure clinical accuracy.
