About the Role

A highly skilled Lead Hepato-Pancreatico-Biliary Surgeon is required to provide high-quality surgical services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing elective and emergency surgeries, as well as training and expertise in the specialty area.

The role involves:

  • Exhibiting outstanding clinical skills and ability to develop and implement high-quality initiatives
  • Maintaining clinical audit processes and contributing to quality improvement
  • Participating in Unit Outpatient Clinics and emergency on-call rosters, providing support to colleagues and ensuring smooth operations
  • Undertaking and supervising complex emergency surgery, making sound decisions under pressure
  • Assisting in the training of junior doctors and medical staff, enhancing their knowledge and skills
