About the Role
Demonstrate proven skills in the management of both elective and emergency Hepato-Pancreatico-Biliary Surgery.
Demonstrate training, knowledge and expertise in Hepato-Pancreatico-Biliary Surgery
Show proven clinical excellence and demonstrated ability to research develop and implement high quality major teaching and educational initiatives in the speciality area.
Maintain the process of clinical audit.
Participate in Unit Outpatient Clinics.
Participate in the emergency on-call roster under the supervision of a Consultant Surgeon as directed by the Director of Hepato-Pancreatico-Biliary Surgery and the Chair of Surgery.
Undertake and supervise emergency surgery as required.
Assist in the training of the Hepato-Pancreatico-Biliary Surgery Registrars and be responsible for supervising and assisting surgical registrars and principal house officers to initiate and complete research projects for presentation and publication.
