As a Therapeutic Support Manager, you will lead a dedicated team supporting boys and young men in Out of Home Care in Port Hedland, Western Australia. Your key responsibilities will include managing daily operations, providing supervision, and ensuring therapeutic, trauma-informed support.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Therapeutic Support Workers
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for young people
