Vocational Education Program Leader

We are seeking a professional to develop and deliver vocational education programs for our client. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma of Leadership and Management qualification.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement high-quality training programs in line with national standards.
  2. Evaluate student learning and provide feedback to ensure they meet the required standards.
  3. Contribute to curriculum development and assessment tool creation.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress and program outcomes.
Requirements
  • Diploma of Leadership and Management or equivalent tertiary qualifications.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110) with units in TAESS0009 and/or TAELLN401A.
  • Relevant industry experience and strong understanding of the VET sector.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Leadership and management experience is preferred.
  • Training and Assessment Certificate is an advantage.
