Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to lead our team in driving strategic growth initiatives and securing new clinical research opportunities.

This role requires a seasoned expert with deep knowledge of clinical trial operations and experience navigating complex client organisations. Success depends on developing and maintaining outstanding relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be able to identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage a pipeline of leads from initial contact through contract execution, and expand business within existing accounts by identifying unmet client needs and proposing solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Actively identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities aligned with corporate growth strategy.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers.
What You Will Do

You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with decision-makers, maintaining high visibility and regular contact with clients to monitor satisfaction and anticipate future needs, and serving as the strategic point of contact for key accounts, resolving issues and ensuring excellent service delivery in collaboration with operational teams.

In addition, you will develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive business growth and client acquisition, leveraging your expertise in clinical trial operations and complex client organisations to deliver results.
