About this role:

Due to an increased demand for foundational skills training, we are seeking qualified and experienced trainers to deliver and assess vocational qualifications in Victoria.

The ability to design and deliver high-quality sessions that cater to diverse learners is vital. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of compliant and engaging training programs that meet industry standards.

We offer permanent ongoing positions with flexibility and opportunities for ongoing learning and development. You will join a supportive and collaborative team.

Training will occur at client work locations or online across Victoria, with occasional travel required.

About you:

You are a passionate trainer who excels in creating inclusive and interactive learning environments. Your experience working with individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds with low levels of education and learning is essential.

You possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with learners from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, you have a valid driving license and can drive around Victoria as required.

About your qualifications:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40116 (including the FSK Skillset)

- Qualifications equal to or above the level of delivery of training

- Extensive industry experience

- Demonstrated experience delivering accredited vocational training

- Ability to engage all learner types and levels

- Moderate computer literacy including MS Office suite

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Schedule:

8 hour shift
