**About the Role**
We are currently seeking **2 x Heavy Foundation Labourers** to support our **Bored and CFA piling operations** on major infrastructure and construction projects across Victoria. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role with the opportunity to learn and grow within the geotechnical industry.

As a Labourer, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of our piling operations while adhering to our safety standards and contributing to the success of our projects.

**Key Responsibilities**- Perform general labouring duties on piling sites- Support rig crews with piling activities and site preparation- Assist with equipment setup, maintenance, and movement- Carry out site clean-up and manual handling tasks- Follow all HSEQ procedures and contribute to a safe work environment- Report site issues and assist in maintaining operational efficiency

**About You**- Previous labouring experience in civil construction or piling (preferred)- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions- Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration- Willingness to travel and work on remote or interstate projects- High-risk tickets (desirable)- Eager to learn and develop skills in piling and ground engineering
