About This Opportunity

As a seasoned retail leader, you will have the opportunity to shape the customer experience in our store. Your expertise in managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control and visual merchandising will be instrumental in driving business results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and embody the DNA of delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Exceed KPIs by coaching and supporting your team's growth and development, and utilizing reporting data to inform operational decisions.
  • Foster Open Communication: Provide effective feedback and consistent communication with your team and the management team.
  • Point of Contact: Serve as the Manager in Charge for client and cast member matters within a fast-paced environment.
About You

You should have previous retail management experience, proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, and a passion for excellent client service and experiential retail. As a hands-on leader, you enjoy being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help your team members succeed.
