Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at Sephora's Castle Towers store. As a key member of the management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional client experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and embody the Sephora DNA, showcasing a curated and innovative prestige beauty experience to customers.
  • Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and consistently raise the performance and capability of your team through coaching and supporting their growth and development.
  • Utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions, working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow Senior Beauty Advisors.
  • Facilitate open communication with your team, providing effective feedback and consistent communication with the Management team.
  • Serve as the point of contact when being the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail management experience, particularly in areas such as managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • A hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help your store team members succeed.
  • Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail to ensure your store represents the Sephora brand.
  • Drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with the team and management.

They will also have a deep understanding of retail operations and be able to analyze data to make informed decisions.
