We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive technical excellence and innovation in Commercial Tech Operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for simplifying the property journey through expertise and exclusive data.
About the Role:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and steer project directions.
- Establish and improve technical standards and practices aligned with ITIL principles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leveraging Salesforce solutions, Vlocity, and Salesforce Industries CPQ to deliver high-quality, business-aligned solutions.
- Mentoring and guiding team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Developing and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Proven experience in Salesforce development, including leadership roles.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Omniscript, and APIs.
- Salesforce Certifications such as OmniStudio, Industries CPQ, Administrator, and Platform Developer.
- Strong understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies.
