We're seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Technical Expert. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering top-notch technical support and guidance to drive success.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical expertise and support to the organization, focusing on safety culture development and immediate action in response to safety concerns on our equipment.
  • Serving as a technical advisor to our Service Center and Field Service teams, supporting complex quotes and projects.
  • Contributing to performance improvement and competitiveness by sharing best practices between service centers and field service teams.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for central teams, driving communication to the local organization when required and providing feedback to central teams to support product development.
  • Offering technical assistance for claims and troubleshooting of complex issues at customer sites.
  • Supporting the optimization of complex commissioning and customer processes.
Technical Competence Development

The ideal candidate will have the ability to:

  • Develop and implement a technical competence plan for the Service Operations team, including ALSOC training.
  • Train team members on specific technical skills according to plan and personal competencies, coordinating training from central experts or other sales companies' experts if necessary.
  • Evaluate FSE and SCT performance on hands-on tasks and provide additional guidance and training as required.
  • Support the development of senior FSE to become assessors.
Service Operations Leadership

The successful candidate will contribute to defining future priorities for training, investments, performance improvement, and customer requirements as a permanent member of the Service Operations Management Team for Oceania. They will also participate in strategic planning and decision-making for the service operations plan.
