About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Gaming Attendant to join our team at Parramatta Leagues - Home of the Eels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our VIP customers in a fast-paced gaming room environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a consistently high standard of customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our patrons.
  • Bartend and deliver food offerings to patrons, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Handle cash transactions and assist customers with machine payouts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot gaming machines, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Deliver accurate information regarding the venue and promotions, promoting a positive and engaging experience for our customers.
About You
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, can-do attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including late nights and weekends, with a strong commitment to flexibility and availability.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle, with a strong commitment to safety and reliability.
  • Previous experience working in hospitality, gaming, TAB, and Keno, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
  • Ability to obtain RSA/RCG certification, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and responsible work environment.
