About the Role

We're seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide life-changing speech pathology to NDIS participants in Western Sydney and surrounding areas. As a Speech Pathologist at Everyday Independence, you'll work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres.

Your Everyday
  • You'll work in the social model, creating therapy plans and providing life-changing speech pathology to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding.
  • You'll be part of an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals.
  • You'll build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports.
  • You'll attend weekly team meetings, sharing stories of impact, coffee, and laughs.
  • You'll tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor.

  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology
  • SPA Registration
  • A positive and flexible approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and a team player
  • Commitment to personal and professional development
  • Valid driver's license
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Children's Check
  • Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred, but not essential.
