About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Attendant. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for all members and guests
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the hospitality team to achieve sales and service targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Availability to commit to set rostered shifts
  • RSA and RCG certification (or willingness to obtain)
