Contribute to Industry Research and Reporting

We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to our industry research and reporting team. As an Industry Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing analytical and economic skills in a supportive environment.

  • Write high-quality industry reports within specified deadlines and adhere to editorial and quality standards.
  • Analyse macroeconomic, demographic, and industry-specific data to identify business trends and communicate them clearly.
  • Forecast long-term industry trends based on existing data.
  • Perform qualitative research and stay up-to-date with key economic and industry trends.
  • Deliver client presentations and gain public speaking experience.
  • Contribute to product development initiatives.
  • Provide information about assigned industries to media as required.
  • Perform other duties assigned by Team Leaders or the Head of Research.
  • Report to the Head of Research and collaborate with a supportive team.

Key Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in economics, commerce, business, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse and forecast economic data, demonstrated through previous work experience or university studies.
  • Familiarity with online research techniques.
  • Grasp of economics, financial terms, and business concepts.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Interest in keeping up-to-date with economic news and current events.
  • Openness to feedback and eagerness to learn and grow in the role.
  • Confidence to liaise with media regarding current industry trends.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience writing business research articles, reports, or other key documents for a business audience is an advantage.
