    Communications Specialist - National Buying Department

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Communications Specialist to join our Corporate Communications team in the National Buying department. This role will play a key part in shaping the communications strategy across various topics that support ALDI's position as a responsible retailer.

    As a key member of the team, you will work closely with stakeholders to develop and execute corporate and sustainability campaigns, create communication narratives, and monitor the external environment for potential reputational issues or business challenges.

    Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and driving corporate and sustainability campaigns with communications expertise
  • Creating corporate communication narratives and developing materials across channels
  • Monitoring the external environment for potential reputational issues or business challenges
  • Creating and executing written content, planning and executing events and conferences, producing monthly reporting and presentations
  • Partnering with internal teams to understand issues and identify opportunities for storytelling, managing agencies and building relationships with external stakeholders

    You will be a collaborative individual who can work cross-functionally with agencies and internal teams. You will have strong project management skills and the ability to work within tight deadlines.
