\The Role\

Manning Aquatic & Leisure Centre requires energetic, confident, and motivated individuals to join their Swim School team.

\

Swim Teachers will deliver swimming lessons to diverse age groups and abilities. Successful applicants must be effective communicators with strong attention to detail.

\

They will possess excellent time management and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision. Relevant industry qualifications are essential.

\Skill Requirements\
  • Energetic and innovative teaching style
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Capacity to work independently and as part of a strong team
\Qualifications\
  • Current First Aid (Level 2)
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Working with Vulnerable People
  • National Police Check
  • Current Swim Teaching Certificate
