Join our team of professionals as an Aquatic Operations Manager in a dynamic and exciting role.

This opportunity will see you lead our aquatic team and oversee the swim school operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs and services. You will be responsible for planning and organising lessons, supervising staff and programs, and delivering exceptional customer service with in-depth knowledge of aquatic programs and industry practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the aquatic team and oversee swim school operations
  • Plan and organise lessons and supervise staff and programs
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain in-depth knowledge of aquatic programs
Key Accountabilities:
  • Implement and promote our Aquatic Programs in line with organisational standards
  • Adhere to business objectives and events calendar
  • Focus on achieving key performance indicators including financial performance and retention of schools
Qualifications:
  • National Police Check
  • Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
  • Current Swimming Teacher Certificate - Teaching of water swimming and water safety
  • Swimming Teacher extension certificates (desirable but not essential)
  • Previous Swim School Coordinator experience
  • Strong people leadership with an ability to inspire others
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
