We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating campaigns, managing client relationships, and supporting administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Coordination: Assist with end-to-end campaign delivery, including managing timelines, briefs, feedback, and internal scheduling.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a liaison between internal teams and vendors, providing updates and ensuring professional communication across channels.
  • Administrative Support: Provide assistance with budgeting, expense tracking, invoicing, and project financial documentation.
  • Creative Workflow Management: Help brief creatives, track asset delivery, and manage approval processes to meet brand requirements.
  • New Business Development: Contribute to pitches and tenders through research and document preparation, and support creative production logistics as needed.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 1–2 years' experience in marketing, campaign support, account coordination, or production
  • Proficient in project management tools like Trello, Google Workspace, and WoodWing Studio
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong admin and time management skills
  • A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to juggle competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
