Job Title: Support Worker
Join our team to work as a Support Worker, supporting individuals with disabilities and mental health conditions.
About the RoleAs a Support Worker, you will be working closely with people who require support with their daily living activities, personal care, and mobility needs. You will deliver person-centred care that supports their independence, safety, and quality of life.
Your Responsibilities May Include:
- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities
- Supporting clients with mobility needs, including the safe use of hoists
- Providing positive behaviour support and strategies for managing complex behaviours
- Promoting community access, independence, and meaningful engagement
We are looking for experienced and passionate Support Workers who have:
- Minimum 12 months' experience in disability or mental health support
- Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Blue Card (Working with Children)
- Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Manual handling and hoist experience essential
