Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our organisation in the role of Mental Health Practitioner. This position offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals' lives and contribute to a multidisciplinary team providing holistic assessment and intervention services.
About the Role- Deliver client-centred services to the community
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual needs
- Liaise with various stakeholders involved in client care, including family members, teachers, carers, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and therapy evaluation reports
- Participate in regular clinical supervision, peer learning, and professional development opportunities
- Collaborate effectively with all team members to achieve shared goals
- Master's qualification in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field
- Registered with a relevant professional registration body, such as the Australian Psychological Society (APS) or the Australian Counselling Association (ACA)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
- Demonstrated exceptional organisational, time management, and computer skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of theoretical frameworks and best practices in mental health
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children and adults
- Current Working with Children Check
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
