The Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) Support Manager Role

This position will support the MRO Capability across all our supported Programs, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team providing support to MRO programs Nationally
  • Promote team safety, harmony, technical development, authorisation & training obligations and personal welfare
  • Standardise processes and procedures across all our MRO Programs
  • Support current and emerging business new campaigns
  • Use your exceptional soft skills to lead and manage a team, promoting safety, harmony, and professional growth

Requirements:

  • Experience in DASR P66, P145 & P147 is desirable
  • Qualifications in Maintenance and or Engineering in an Aviation discipline are desirable
  • Experience in managing Technical Personnel within a CASA, DASA or equivalent accredited organisation is desirable
  • Defence experience is highly regarded but not essential
