Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Real Estate Expert to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating the implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA Real Estate to our clients. You will play a leading role in projects with strong client exposure and contribute to successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a functional expert for SAP S/4HANA Real Estate, responsible for functional and technical guidance over the whole project or application lifecycle.
- Work within the Capgemini team to perform configuration within relevant process areas.
- Lead business process workshops and interact well with clients to understand their business, and develop solutions based on business and technical knowledge.
- Work with business process owners, architects, and business SMEs to develop the To-Be business processes and integration with SAP and non-SAP applications in the client system landscape.
Requirements
- At least 4+ years of experience in a similar SAP Real Estate Consultant position with a large end-user base or SAP Partners.
- In-depth subject matter expertise in SAP S/4HANA Real Estate, understanding of SAP Finance modules, and Real Estate integration points to other modules such as FICO, SD, MM.
- Previous experience working on large-scale SAP Implementations, with at least one full end-to-end SAP Implementation including S/4 HANA experience (On Premise or Public Cloud).
- Communication skills both written and verbal, including documentation skills.
- Stakeholder management skills.
