The Student Services and Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of student experience at our institution. This role will involve maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of students, ensuring compliance with various regulatory frameworks, and providing exceptional customer service to students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students and staff, responding to general enquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administer student records, policies, and procedures, including class timetabling, enrolment, and course variation.
  • Support new student orientation and other on-campus student engagement activities.
  • Recruit and supervise Student Mentors and Ambassadors.

Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer/student-facing role.
  • Experience working in higher education and international education sectors.
  • Maintain student records using student management systems.
  • Experience with compliance, including working knowledge of regulatory frameworks.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Data processing skills.
