We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to lead our Rehabilitation and Recovery Services team in Toowoomba as a Senior Clinical Coordinator.

This role involves shaping the future of mental health programs across inpatient and community settings, mentoring others, and driving innovation.

You will lead within a dynamic multidisciplinary team, guiding the delivery of therapeutic programs and coordinating care across diverse settings. Your expertise will support clinicians through supervision and mentoring, navigate complex clinical scenarios, and collaborate with consumers, carers, and colleagues to ensure care is compassionate, effective, and grounded in best practice.

You will contribute to service development, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives that elevate the quality of care across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate care across inpatient and community settings within Rehabilitation and Recovery Services.
  • Provide supervision and mentoring to clinicians to support professional development.
  • Lead the delivery of therapeutic programs and apply clinical expertise to complex cases.
  • Collaborate with consumers, carers, and colleagues to ensure compassionate, evidence-based care.
  • Contribute to service development, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives.
