Job Description:

As a Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of our programs.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Administering proprietary work management systems to update programs.
  • Issuing tickets of work to subcontractors.
  • Performing daily follow-ups with subcontractors, field managers, and area supervisors.
  • Providing regular briefings to field supervisors through correspondence and meetings to prioritize field activities.

  • Coordinating redesign and survey efforts.
  • Coordinating adjusted material requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders are necessary.

  • Experience in project coordination.
