Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer enquiries and make outbound contact with leads to discuss lending needs.
  • Prospect customers over the phone, convert leads into qualified appointments for brokers, and identify opportunities for loan refinancing.

Requirements:

  • Full-time office attendance for the first three months; flexible working options available thereafter for high performers.
