Dynamic Leader for Victorian Region

The ideal candidate will lead our regional teams to deliver results by inspiring creativity, innovation and growth.

This role requires a forward thinking leader who can manage and grow the business through store and concession teams to achieve financial objectives by delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and staff development objectives.

You will be responsible for leading an area of stores and concessions in Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the growth of all stores and concessions
  • Influence a culture which reflects our service expectations and brand values
  • Inspire teams to achieve sales results and maximise revenue
  • Analyse financial reports, identify opportunities for growth and make commercial decisions
  • Inspire and mentor the team as a role model and brand ambassador
  • Drive a culture of high performers to consistently exceed sales targets
  • Adequately support change to drive business results
  • Strong focus on driving productivity with stores
  • Build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
