The role of Manager, Contracts & Commercial Performance involves overseeing the lifecycle of high-value commercial contracts while driving innovation and building strong supplier partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

This strategic role requires oversight of comprehensive Contract Management Plans with robust KPIs, governance structures, and risk mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder & Supplier Relations
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
  • Identify and mitigate risks while maximising contract value and outcomes
  • Lead complex negotiations for contract variations, renewals, and dispute resolution

Proven ability to build high-performing teams, deliver results through collaborative leadership, and influence stakeholders at all levels is essential for this role.
